• Free self-installation option or let Empire Access do it. Standard installation fee (per DSL package) includes testing and phone line provisioning.

• Customer may choose our modem support for $5.00 per month or purchase a DSL modem for $150.00. The modem must be purchased directly through Empire Access for us to guarantee compatibility.
• There is a $49.95 standard installation fee per computer if Empire Access performs the computer setup, which includes:
  • Testing and provisioning of the phone line
  • 1 1/2 hours of PC set-up time
